Refund policy

EU consumers have the right to cancel purchases within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable law. This does not apply to opened vinyl records, digital content accessed via third-party links, customized or made-to-order items, or any item excluded under law.

To cancel a qualifying order, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and sent at your own cost unless defective. Once the item is received you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs.

This right does not apply to any customers outside of the EU.
